Company to add 25 jobs, invest $50 million in fiber-optic internet network in Savannah, Georgia
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 10, 2024 – IQ Fiber, a Jacksonville, Florida based provider of 100% fiber-optic internet service, announces it has signed a long-term lease for its Savannah Sales, Engineering and Technical Operations Center. The Center is located at 11-13 Bryce Industrial Drive in the Dean Forest Industrial Park. The Center comprises a 4,250 square foot light industrial building with lay-down yard, fenced storage and parking to support IQ Fiber’s network deployment and ongoing operations in the Savannah area.
IQ Fiber announced in September that its fiber-optic network was under construction to bring a high-speed, state-of-the-art network to Savannah residents. IQ Fiber offers a seamless, stress-free internet experience with simple month-to-month plans and no contracts, hidden fees, or data caps.
IQ Fiber is investing $50 million to deploy its network in Savannah, with the first customers coming online in 2025. IQ Fiber will add 25 employees to support operations in Savannah.
